Answers for people who can't afford a blind handoff.
Everything about how Anastasis places, supervises, and reports on remote operators — including the things most agencies won't put in writing: admin access, time tracking, and screenshot activity are included by default.
Getting started
How the platform works, who it's for, and how fast you'll see the first match.
How does Anastasis work?
We place vetted remote operators inside a structured workflow you control. A 30-minute intake builds your role spec. Within about a week you interview 2–3 pre-vetted candidates. Once matched, every operator runs on your admin-accessible portal — with built-in time tracking, screenshot activity, timesheets, approvals, and weekly reports. You stay in control of the work; we stay in the background keeping it operational.
Who is Anastasis for?
Companies that need real remote execution with visibility — not blind outsourcing. We're especially well-suited to property management firms, leasing teams, multi-site operators, and any company where the work touches tenants, owners, vendors, or revenue and needs to be supervised, not hoped about.
How quickly can I get matched?
Median time to first candidate introduction is 5.2 days. Most placements start active work within 9 business days of the intake call. If we can't find a strong fit, we tell you — we don't pad the shortlist.
What does "operator" mean here?
An operator is a specialized remote professional assigned to a defined scope — not a generalist VA juggling unrelated tasks. Each placement has a named operator, a named approver on your side, and a documented SLA. Accountability is not diffused across a "team."
Roles & operator types
Curated role families led by property management and leasing support.
Do you support property management roles?
Yes — it's our lead specialty. We place operators trained on AppFolio, Buildium, Propertyware, and the workflows that actually matter inside a property company: work-order triage, owner statements, resident inquiries, renewal ops, and vendor coordination.
Do you support leasing roles?
Yes. Leasing is one of our most-requested categories. Operators own tour intake, application review, lease prep, and move-in coordination. Response-time SLAs are part of the scope, not a nice-to-have.
What other operator types do you place?
After property and leasing, we support structured remote execution across:
If your role isn't on the list, we build a custom scope in ~7 days.
Are these generalists or specialized operators?
Specialized. Each operator is placed into a single scope with a documented tool stack, reporting cadence, and success metric. We refuse "can do anything" placements — they're how accountability dies.
Supervision & visibility
How you stay in control of the work without managing it hour by hour.
How do I know the work is getting done?
Three layers, always on:
- Live activity — timesheets and screenshot activity visible in your admin portal as work happens.
- Weekly approvals — every week requires your sign-off before payout. No approval, no invoice.
- Friday report — structured summary of what shipped, what stalled, what the operator needs from you.
Can I supervise my operators directly?
Yes. Clients get admin-level access to their operations — you can view live timesheets, screenshot activity, scope adherence, and report history for every operator on your account. Supervision is a core part of the product, not an add-on.
How is this different from normal outsourcing?
Most agencies hand you a person and disappear. Anastasis keeps the rails in place: vetted scope, admin access, weekly approvals, structured reports, and a documented escalation path. You get relief without the handoff anxiety.
Time tracking & screenshots
Included by default. Not a premium tier, not an add-on.
Every operator runs the tracking app.
Time, activity levels, and periodic screenshot captures sync to your admin portal. Visible to approvers, exportable, and linked to the approved scope.
Is time tracking included?
Yes — included with every placement. Operators log time against their approved scope. Timesheets populate in real time, and you approve each week before payout.
Is screenshot tracking included?
Yes — included. The Anastasis tracking app captures periodic screenshots and activity levels during logged hours. Available to any admin on your account from the portal. Operators are told about this on day one; it's a condition of working on the platform.
How do I review time worked?
From the client portal: live timesheet view, per-day detail, per-task breakdown, and a week-view for approvals. Every entry is linked to the scope it was logged against so variance is obvious.
Is activity visibility built into the platform?
Yes. Activity level, screenshot cadence, hours logged, and scope variance are first-class views in the admin portal. You don't chase it — it's already there when you open the dashboard.
Pricing & fees
Free for companies. Transparent for contractors.
No retainer, no placement fee, no platform subscription. You pay only the agreed hourly rate to your operator.
Operators pay a 15% platform fee on their earnings — covering tracking tools, payouts, dispute handling, and support.
How much does it cost companies?
Nothing to use the platform. You pay your operator's agreed rate through Anastasis; no retainer, placement fee, or subscription on the company side.
Who pays the platform fee?
The contractor, not the company. We believe the operational rails (tracking, reporting, dispute handling, payouts) are a service to the people earning on the platform.
Are there any hidden fees on my side?
No. You see the hourly rate, the approved hours, and the total. No markup tucked inside the rate, no "priority tier," no placement fees after the fact.
Client access & workflow control
Admin access, central supervision, less management chaos.
Do clients get admin access?
Yes — admin access is the default. Every company gets an admin-level portal covering every operator on the account: live timesheets, screenshot activity, scopes, weekly approvals, and reports.
Can I manage multiple operators centrally?
Yes. Multi-operator accounts see all placements in one view, with filters by scope, approver, site, or property. Add additional admins to your account at no cost.
Can I monitor work without micromanaging?
That's the design goal. Live activity is always there if you want it. The weekly report exists so you don't need to watch it. Most clients check in once on Friday and forget about it the rest of the week.
How does Anastasis reduce management chaos?
One named operator per scope. One named approver. One portal. One weekly report. No sprawling Slack channels with five VAs and a project manager you didn't hire. Simpler to run, easier to audit.
Contractor experience
What operators agree to — and what they get in return.
How do contractors get paid?
After the client approves the week and funds settle, payout runs through Anastasis. Contractors pay the 15% platform fee out of earnings. The Friday payout target applies after approval and funding. Payout methods use secure, provider-hosted onboarding, so contractors do not enter raw bank details directly into Anastasis.
Is a W-8 required?
Yes. Mexico-based contractors complete a W-8 step during onboarding. Payout eligibility is blocked until W-8 and payout setup are complete.
What does Anastasis expect from operators?
Run the tracking app during billable hours. Stick to the approved scope. Ship the Friday report. Communicate proactively when something stalls. Professionalism, not surveillance.
Why would contractors join Anastasis?
Long engagements, specific scopes, fair rates, and clients who actually read the Friday report. The rails protect operators as much as clients — scope disputes get documented, not argued.
Trust & reliability
Vetting, guarantees, and what happens when something doesn't fit.
How do you vet operators?
Four stages: structured intake and role spec, tool + artifact assessment, live judgment interview, and reference + background verify. Fewer than 9% of applicants make it through.
What happens if it isn't a fit?
Unlimited free replacements. If an operator isn't working out — ever, not just in the first month — we rematch at no cost. No capped window, no placement fee, no "credit" games. You keep moving; we handle the fit.
What else is included on top of the platform?
Everything we use internally to keep placements running. Included with every client account:
- Unlimited free replacements — any time, any reason.
- Time tracking & screenshot app — installed on every operator from day one.
- Admin portal access — live timesheets, activity, scopes, approvals, reports. Add unlimited admins at no cost.
- Weekly Friday reports — what shipped, what stalled, what the operator needs from you.
- Four-stage vetting — artifact-based assessments, not resume skims.
- Guided 14-day onboarding — SOP scaffolding, access handoff, daily check-ins.
- Named approver + documented SLA — one operator, one scope, one owner.
- Dispute adjudication — every timesheet and report is logged; most disputes close in under 48 hours.
- Property management & leasing specialization — AppFolio, Buildium, Propertyware fluency built in.
- Custom role sourcing — off-catalog scopes in ~7 days, no up-charge.
All of this at zero cost to the company. Operators pay a 15% platform fee on their earnings.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. No retainer, no minimum term, no cancellation penalty. You pay for approved hours — stop when you need to, scale when you need to.
How do disputes work?
Every scope, timesheet, approval, and report is logged. If a dispute opens, it's adjudicated against the documented record — not he-said-she-said. Most are resolved in under 48 hours.

Is the system designed for accountability?
Yes — it's the core design premise. Named operator, named approver, documented scope, tracked activity, approved week, filed report. Every link in the chain is visible and reviewable.
