Payment timeline and the weekly cycle

When timesheets are billed, when contractors are paid, and what to do if your card payment fails.

Anastasis runs on a weekly cycle. Contractors log time during the week, you review and approve timesheets, your card is charged on Tuesday, and contractors receive payouts later that week.

The weekly cycle

Mon–Sun: contractors log time and submit timesheets at the end of the week.
Monday: review prior-week timesheets in your approval queue. Anything still pending at 11:59 PM Monday auto-approves.
Tuesday: Anastasis charges your card on file for all approved timesheets from the prior week.
Friday (target): contractors receive their payout to their connected payout provider.

Card-only at launch

Anastasis bills clients via card. ACH and wire transfers are not supported at launch. If you need a different payment method for a large engagement, book a call — we can sometimes arrange custom billing.

If your payment fails

If the card on file is declined on a Tuesday charge, Anastasis will retry on Wednesday and Thursday. If all retries fail, you’ll get an email with a payment-update link.

Updating your payment method

You can update your card from your client settings at any time. Changes apply to the next charge — they don’t retro-apply to a charge already in flight.
