Connecting your payout account

Connect your payout account so Anastasis can send approved earnings to it. Bank withdrawals, cards, and FX stay with the payout provider.

Anastasis pays contractors through a connected payout account. You connect it once from the contractor portal; after that, every approved week’s earnings are sent to your connected payout account, and you manage downstream bank withdrawals, cards, and FX with the payout provider itself.

Before you start

The payout setup flow walks you through creating or linking your payout account. If you don’t already have one, you can set it up during the flow — Anastasis will bring you back to the connect step when you’re done.

You’ll also need:

  • A government ID accepted by the payout provider in your country.
  • A completed W-8BEN if you’re outside the United States, or a W-9 if you’re a US contractor (uploaded to Anastasis under Documents).

Connecting your account

From the contractor portal, open Wallet → Payout account (or Payouts → Setup).
Click Connect payout account. You’ll be sent to the provider’s hosted setup screen.
Complete the provider’s setup and approve the connection to Anastasis. Anastasis only receives a connection reference for your payout account — never raw bank details.
Return to Anastasis. The portal will show Connected with your masked payout account reference.

When earnings arrive

Anastasis aims to release earnings to your payout account on Friday for time approved earlier that week. The funds appear in your connected payout account; from there, you withdraw to a bank, hold a balance, or use a card depending on what the payout provider supports in your country.

The first transfer can take 1–2 business days longer while the payout provider completes its initial verification of your account.

If the connection gets stuck

Common reasons the connect screen stalls:

  • Your payout account hasn’t finished its own identity verification yet — finish that with the payout provider, then return to Anastasis and click Connect payout account again.
  • Your country isn’t yet supported by the payout connector — the portal will tell you and surface a fallback path.
  • Your browser blocked the redirect — disable popup blockers for app.anapro.co and retry.

If you’ve been stuck for more than 5 business days, contact us and we’ll escalate.
