Taking the Hiring-for-Attitude assessment

How the attitude assessment supports role fit and why it can affect application readiness.

The Hiring-for-Attitude assessment helps Anastasis screen for ownership, follow-through, communication discipline, and fit for remote recurring work. It sits with the other Assessments in onboarding.

Open Assessments from the contractor dashboard or the onboarding wizard.
Start the attitude assessment when you have enough quiet time to finish it.
Answer from your real work habits: how you handle ambiguity, feedback, client expectations, and repeated tasks.
Submit the assessment and wait for the status to show COMPLETED.

What clients use it for

Clients review applications as candidate packets. The packet can include your requested pay, profile proof, video presentation, DiSC/personality result, skill assessment, and the compatibility score.

The attitude assessment is not a replacement for interviews. It gives clients a structured signal before they decide whether to shortlist or request an interview.
