Once your profile and assessments are complete, you can apply to any open role on Anastasis. Applications are free, and you can apply to as many as you like.
Before applying
To submit an application, you need:
- A complete contractor profile (basic info, skills, hourly rate).
- The DiSC and Hiring-for-Attitude assessments completed.
- A video resume uploaded (recommended — clients filter by it).
If any of these are missing, the Apply button is disabled and the role page will tell you what’s left.
Applying
From the contractor portal, open Jobs and use the filters (skills, hours, location) to find roles that fit.
Open a role to see the full description, expected hours, and rate range.
Click Apply. Confirm your hourly rate for this role — you can offer a rate inside the client’s posted range.
Add a short message to the client (optional but strongly recommended — clients see this first).
Submit. The role moves to Applied in your dashboard, and the client gets a notification.
What happens next
Clients review applications in their own time. Possible outcomes:
- Interview invite — the client wants to talk. You’ll get a notification with a scheduling link.
- Hired — the client offers the role. You’ll see a contract preview and can accept or decline.
- Declined — the role isn’t a fit. You can apply to other roles freely.
- Position filled with VPM/Anastasis — the client filled the role; the application closes.
Withdrawing an application
If you change your mind, open the application in your dashboard and click Withdraw. You can re-apply later if the role is still open.
