Anastasis helps clients hire remote contractors for execution-heavy roles without losing visibility into the work. The product combines role scoping, contractor vetting, time tracking, screenshot activity, weekly approvals, reporting, and payout rails.
The model is built for work that needs a real owner: property management, leasing, operations, admin, customer support, bookkeeping, and similar recurring workflows.
For clients
Clients start by defining the role: tasks, tools, hours, success metrics, and approver. Anastasis uses that scope to surface a tighter contractor shortlist instead of a large generic marketplace feed.
After a contractor is active, the client portal centers on oversight:
- Live timesheets and weekly approvals.
- Screenshot activity and scope visibility.
- Reports on what moved, what stalled, and what needs client input.
- Payment through Anastasis after approved work.
For contractors
Contractors create an account, verify their email, complete the 10-step onboarding wizard, and build a profile with work preferences, assessments, documents, references, and video. Once approved, contractors can apply for roles that fit their skills, tools, schedule, and rate.
Contractors are paid for approved work through the payout provider shown in the portal. Anastasis charges a 15% platform fee on approved earnings.
