When you create an Anastasis account, we send a verification link to your email. You need to verify before you can apply for roles (contractors) or finalize a hire (clients).
Verifying
Check your inbox for a message from Anastasis with the subject Verify your email.
Click the verification link in the email. The link is valid for 24 hours.
You’ll land on a confirmation page. From there, contractors are taken to the onboarding wizard; clients are taken to the dashboard.
If you didn’t get the email
Wait two minutes — emails sometimes take a moment to arrive. Then:
- Check spam or promotions. Verification emails occasionally land there. Mark the message as “not spam” so future Anastasis emails arrive in your inbox.
- Confirm the email address. Make sure the address you registered with is the one you’re checking. If you typed it wrong, you’ll need to register again with the correct address.
- Resend the email. From the registration confirmation page, click Resend verification email to get a fresh link. Old links continue to work until they expire.
Still stuck?
If you’ve checked spam, confirmed the address, and resent twice without receiving anything, contact us with the email address you used and we’ll verify your account manually.
