Updating your payout connection

Reconnect or refresh the payout account that receives your Anastasis earnings. Bank account changes happen with the payout provider, not Anastasis.

Anastasis sends your earnings to the payout account you connected during onboarding. To change which account receives those earnings, or to refresh a connection that has gone stale, use the Payout account screen in the portal — never email Anastasis a bank account number.

Reconnect or switch payout accounts

Open Wallet → Payout account in the contractor portal.
Click Update payout connection (or Open payout connection if no account is currently linked).
You’ll be sent to the provider’s hosted setup screen. Sign in with the payout account you want to use and approve the connection.
Return to Anastasis. The portal will show Connected with the new payout account reference. Earnings released after that point will go to the new account; anything already in transit follows the connection that was active when the transfer started.

Changing the bank your payouts withdraw to

Bank account, CLABE/SPEI, card, and FX settings live with the payout provider, not Anastasis. To change those:

  1. Open your connected payout account.
  2. Update your withdrawal account or settings with the payout provider directly.
  3. You don’t need to do anything in Anastasis afterward — the same payout connection remains valid.

Why payout setup can block applications

Payout readiness is one of the gates Anastasis uses before a contractor is fully ready for paid work. The dashboard can show Action needed next to Payout account, and the Apply button can remain disabled until your payout connection is healthy.

If your connection has been revoked or expired (the payout provider sometimes asks you to re-authorize after long periods of inactivity), reconnect using the same flow above.

Timing note

Anastasis targets Friday transfers to your payout account for approved, eligible, funded work. The first transfer to a freshly connected payout account can take longer while the payout provider completes verification on its side.
