Profile & Video Resume

How to upload a video resume

Prepare and add a short video presentation so clients can hear how you communicate before they request an interview.

The onboarding wizard includes a Video presentation step. This is a short introduction clients can review with your profile, assessments, CV, and references. It does not need to be polished; it needs to be clear.

Before you record

  • Aim for 60-90 seconds.
  • Record in a quiet room with your face clearly visible.
  • Use the same language you want to use with clients.
  • Keep notes nearby, but do not read a full script.
  • Mention the role categories you want: leasing, customer operations, bookkeeping, admin, support, or another clear lane.

Uploading the video

Open Edit profile from the contractor dashboard.
Go to Video presentation in the onboarding wizard.
Choose your video file or record a new one when the browser asks for camera and microphone access.
Preview the video before saving. Re-record if the audio is hard to hear or the image is too dark.
Save the step, then return to Review & submit to confirm the video appears with your other profile proof.

What to say

A good video usually covers:

  • Your name and current work focus.
  • The tools and workflows you know best.
  • One example of work you have owned.
  • How you communicate when something is blocked.
  • What kind of Anastasis role you are looking for.

The backend stores uploaded proof in the onboarding files state. If the video upload area is not available yet in your portal, finish the rest of your profile and keep the video file ready for the Video presentation step.
