Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Anastasis platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Anastasis Operators, Inc. provides a platform connecting companies ("Clients") with vetted remote operators ("Operators"). The platform includes: role posting, operator matching, time tracking, screen activity monitoring, approvals, billing, and payouts.
Anastasis is not an employer of Operators. Operators are independent contractors responsible for their own tax obligations, equipment, and workspace. Clients engage Operators through the platform and are responsible for role definition and work direction.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
3. Client Obligations
- Provide accurate role descriptions and fair work expectations.
- Review and approve timesheets and work product promptly.
- Maintain a professional working environment free from discrimination and harassment.
- Pay platform fees as agreed. Anastasis charges a platform fee on top of operator pay.
4. Operator Obligations
- Perform work professionally and within agreed timeframes.
- Use the desktop tracker during clocked-in hours (tracks time, application activity, and periodic screen captures — domain-level only).
- Complete assessments honestly.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
- You acknowledge a 15% platform fee is deducted from your earnings.
5. Payments
Clients pay Anastasis. Anastasis pays Operators via Stripe. Payment schedules and minimums are disclosed during onboarding. Stripe handles all payment card and bank account data — Anastasis never stores payment credentials.
The "Free for companies, always" offering refers to the core platform access. Ancillary services or premium features may carry separate pricing disclosed at the time of offering.
6. Replacement Guarantee
If an Operator is not meeting requirements, Clients may request a replacement at no additional cost. We will match a new Operator within the timeframe disclosed during the replacement request. This guarantee does not cover situations arising from inaccurate role descriptions or unreasonable expectations.
7. Intellectual Property
Work product created by Operators for Clients belongs to the Client upon full payment. The Anastasis platform, brand, and technology remain the exclusive property of Anastasis Operators, Inc.
8. Confidentiality
Operators agree not to disclose Client confidential information. Anastasis agrees to protect account data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may access data for support, security, and legal compliance purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anastasis' liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the claim. Anastasis is not liable for: (a) indirect or consequential damages, (b) disputes between Clients and Operators, (c) Operator errors or misconduct, (d) service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination: outstanding payments are settled, account data is handled per our Privacy Policy retention schedule, and ongoing engagements are concluded or transferred at the Client's option.
Anastasis may suspend or terminate accounts for: violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, harassment, or illegal conduct.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Wyoming, USA. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
For disputes between Clients and Operators: Anastasis will mediate in good faith but is not a party to the dispute. Unresolved disputes may affect platform standing.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email and platform notification. Continued use after 30 days constitutes acceptance.
